Every man is combination Prakriti from the three types of ayurvedic constitution – dosha. The most recent combination is of two doshas while one of them is dominating, but the third type is weakly manifested. Rarely can be see three-dosha types and one-dosha type are almost not met.
And so Prakriti is the birth constitution, meaning this (which has to be in balance).

Vikriti is a combination out of the balance. She is this condition, which can not be met in the tables of doshas defining.
Vikriti  is found during an ayurvedic examination and it changes with the time.
Very often patients make the mistake when using these tables, while defining for his own type this dosha which is out of balance, because it is manifested during this moment.
Often the unbalance is also manifested on a guna’s levels, which are the fine manifestation of the doshas (separated from gunas).

 

In order to define by your self your own Prakriti you have to be sure that you are in balance!
